  • Injury consultation with treatment (75 Minutes): £50
  • Just Treatment (60 minutes): £40

Sports massages are tailored to meet the specific needs of athletes, focusing on areas of the body that are overused and stressed due to repetitive and aggressive movements. The primary goals of a sports massage are to reduce muscle soreness, enhance flexibility, promote blood flow, and facilitate the healing of any existing injuries. By addressing the unique demands of sports-related activities, this type of massage plays a crucial role in optimizing an athlete’s physical condition and performance. If you have an injury that needs worked on/with, an injury consultation is required.

Dry needling is a therapeutic technique used to treat muscular pain and dysfunction. It involves the insertion of thin needles into specific trigger points or tight bands within muscles, tendons, or connective tissues. Targeting these trigger points aims to stimulate a twitch response in the muscle, leading to a relaxation response and increased blood flow to the area. This process can help alleviate muscle pain, improve the range of motion, and address musculoskeletal issues. Dry needling is used to promote the body’s natural healing mechanisms.

Dynamic cupping is a form of therapy that involves the use of suction cups placed on the skin to create a vacuum effect, moving the cups along the body’s surface, typically in a massage-like motion. This technique promotes circulation, alleviate muscle tension, and stimulate the flow of energy within the body. As the cups glide over the skin, they create a gentle pulling sensation that can help to release soft tissue restrictions and promote relaxation. This method is considered to be an effective way to promote overall well-being and enhance the body’s natural healing processes

Lymphatic drainage massage is a specialised massage therapy to promote the proper function of the lymphatic system. This gentle and rhythmic technique stimulates the circulation of lymph fluid throughout the body, facilitating the removal of toxins, waste, and excess fluids from the tissues. Commonly utilised to address conditions such as lymphedema, swelling, and post-surgical recovery, as well as to promote overall detoxification and wellness. It is known for its ability to promote relaxation, reduce swelling, and enhance the body’s natural healing processes.
